Shipping Policy

•     All U.S. orders placed through Paypal must have either…

1.      A “confirmed” address.

Or

2.      A “verified” Paypal account.

• We can only ship to an alternate address for return customers who are in good standing.

• Orders placed before 12pm are usually shipped the same day. We do ask for 1-2 days for processing your order.

• Pre-orders placed with normal in stock orders will be shipped on the release of the Pre-order unless the customer has made arrangements to pay for the additional shipping cost.

• Orders paid for with e-check or money order will not be processed until the payment has cleared. 

Pre-Order Policy

• All Pre-orders are 100% Guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
• Pre-Orders normally ship on the release date or the following business day.
• There is a $15 dollar charge for all* cancelled single sneaker Pre-orders(Per Item)! Cancelled Air Jordan Packages will be charged $15 if cancelled before the day of release and 10% restocking fee on or after the release date. No Exceptions!
  
  
  
• In the “rare” event that we cannot fill a Pre-Order the customer will be issued a full refund along with a coupon good for 50% off any future in stock order.
• If two items are Pre-ordered together the order will ship on the release date of the latter Pre-order unless the customer has made arrangements to pay for the additional shipping.

Cancellation Policy
All cancelled orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee(Per Item).  No Exceptions!

Refund Policy
All refunds on returns and cancellations will be processed in 5-7 business days. Any refund due to an error by SoleFresh.com will be processed immediately.

Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges and returns on all merchandise that is brand new and in original unworn condition. All merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of your purchase. All approved returns will be fully refunded minus the original shipping and handling fees. Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions at customerservice@solefresh.com.
